We hope this msg finds you well. We are writing to address an important matter regarding the recharge of electric services. It has come to our attention that there have been instances where some individuals have taken recharge coupon their electric using credit (UDHAAR) with the maintenance staff. I would like to bring to your attention that this practice is not accepted and I request you to not pressurise any maintenance staff to issue the coupons on credit. Please understand that this amount will be recovered from the staff who issued the coupon. Kindly pay him the amount and do not burden the poor person.
