We hope this message finds you well. As promised in GBM , our internal committee has diligently worked on scrutinizing the incongruities in Electricity recharge, and we are pleased to share the findings with you.
• It has come to our attention that a total of 937,100 Rs worth of invalid requests have been made and approved using the master key (April 2022 to August 2022)
• The Report provides crucial insights into these unauthorized activities and highlights the steps taken to rectify the situation. We understand the importance of maintaining the integrity and security of our society, and we have implemented several measures to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.
• We strongly urge all residents to review your recharges carefully and take note of any suspicious activities or discrepancies. By promptly reporting any concerns (Fast Running Meters or any other) to our maintenance team, together, we can ensure the continued safety and well-being of our community.
• Maintenance is getting confirmation from owners of impacted meters and will share the receipts.
• Maintenance would like to provide additional information regarding transactions owners, for any query / information we request you to reach out to our maintenance team.
Detailed signed reports has been sent to Honourable Deputy Registrar seeking guidance and next steps. Basis direction received we will proceed with the next steps.
